- A participation cancellation and refund request is accepted only if submitted officially by the participating company at least (10) days before the scheduled draw date.
- If a cancellation request is submitted after the period stated above, or after the participation fee has been paid within that period, the paid amount is non-refundable when the cancellation is made at the participating company's request.
